I got in the shower as soon as I stepped out roaches were all over the desks, the floors, my cups and food I just bought were covered in bugs. Not only do I have a phobia but my brother is allergic. When discussed with front desk I was promised a discount for next stay. 10%. Which I find very unreasonable and disrespectful. $5 off your next stay is ridiculous when my meal that was roach infested cost over $40. On top of being sleep deprived.

I got in the shower as soon as I stepped out roaches were all over the desks, the floors, my cups and food I just bought were covered in bugs. Not only do I have a phobia but my brother is allergic. The hotel is too old and when we got in the room the room wasnt ready.Also there was hair on the bed and it was disgusting.They dont clean the rooms its disgusting as well.We asked for towels and the man said in "20 minutes"and then the next day i asked for towels and he said "5 minutes" and he took an hour just to get towels.I seriously dont recommend this "hotel" NEVER GO HERE.AND NEVER COME BACK.

Building was dated, metal bed frames, full size double beds instead of queen, no carpet, excess moisture in the air.
