Bed was super comfortable and room was very nice .. staff was very nice .. properly was very safe and clean ..

Comfortable, well equipped, very clean, and renovations were well done. Nice supply of hot water which seems to be missing in a lot of these hotels nowadays.

You would have to be nitpicky to find something wrong.

The location is just south of UF's campus, so it was very convenient to get to campus. This is a very old motel that's been updated. The rooms were very clean, modern furniture, etc. Perfectly fine for a weekend stay, and it's going to be hard to find another place with the same value and location parameters.

Since this is an older property, parking can be very tight in spots. The motel was full when I stayed for the weekend, and parking can be challenging if you have a larger vehicle. Some folks might not like the "old school" room doors all facing the outside parking lot. You access your room from the outside, and some folks might not feel as safe as you would in a "hotel."

The beds were comfy. AC works.

Neither the tv nor the hair dryer worked. The room was clean except for the purple hair left in the shower by another guest. If you are a light sleeper don't expect to sleep well, other guests were loud and inconsiderate.

I love the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room.
