It was a good location to the University. It was quiet and they had decent tv reception.

The floors were dirty. Our two year old took a bath and then had black feet after walking barefoot in the room. There wasn't enough toilet paper for even one night. They had less than half a roll on the holder and no extra rolls. There were four of us in the room and only two washcloths and two towels. We each had one pillow and they were pretty flat. The beds were too hard.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice shower and clean room. Very affordable as we have family in the hospital and need to be close. Food options everywhere. Didn't have unsavory people in parking lot hanging out all night. Staff was pleasant and helped me without hesitation

Parking lot a little small. Outside building a little old. This is the only reason I didn't give 9. If had breakfast I would give 10 lol

It was clean

I need hip surgery and had to climb a steep set of stairs, even though I had requested a first floor room, and why. The guy who checked me in didn't care.

Very nice room renovation.

Zero amenities. No lobby. No pool. No coffeemaker in room. No coke machine. No little shampoos. Thin towels.
