Econo Lodge Junction City I-70 Near Fort Riley

When I arrived at the property, the main office was locked. Spoke to a couple of other folks staying there and they said that the attendant was on his way to pay the water bill because the hotel had no water. The attendant returned about 45 minutes later and I was able to check in. The attendant was super apologetic and was making the best of a bad situation. Still no water. Not surprisingly no cable TV. If they haven’t paid their water bill, there’s no way they’ve paid their cable bill. I feel bad for the front desk attendant as he is incredibly hard-working. Shame that the owner doesn’t take more pride in his property. Would not recommend.

Very old, out of date and run down. BUT clean and comfortable for the price! You get what you pay for

Excellent management and best bang for you buck are my two major compliments. With flexible rates at good quality I’ve stayed at most hotels in this area and this is the one i recommend

No one was there just left keys in room did not stay there

Had bad smell when we walked in. Just felt dirty very old. Need to update and repaint their walls

Guy at desk said my room key was in the room. Went to room and door was open with key inside. Not safe or secure. Was to be a non smoking room and smelled like smoke. The breakfast the next morning was biscuits and gravy nothing else not even coffee or water to drink and oh wait I forgot there was 2 flavored of granola bars but nothing else.

This is an Econo Lodge, there were no indications that it was a Love hotel. There was no one on the property to assist with check in at 6 pm. A lovely house keeper let me into my room and learned how to make a key. I was never contacted or checked in. The house keeper the next day knocked twice before check out for no reason. No one was available or on site to check out as well. Will not be staying there again.

Everything thing about this place is wrong.
