Econo Lodge Junction City I-70 Near Fort Riley

False information on Expedia and disgusting custer service from staff at hotel through the phone. Lack of discipline updating Expedia on correct policies. No refund was retrieved cause it's "my fault" when it's clearly both the hotel and Expedia. Robbed my family cause their own mistakes.

I had a difficult time understanding the man at the front desk. Was told there was a deposit will be refunded after 7 days. Then told 10 days. The rooms are so out of date but we were so tired from driving 15 hours that we passed out anyways. The door that goes from the back of building (to enter the floor) was unlocked so that was scary as well. I checked in four people just for the night and had one once of shampoo and no conditioner and hat so ever. Just so out dated. Bed so uncomfortable. I’ll never stay here again this weekend as terrible. For the amount of time spent the amount paid was not worth it. Window screen looked like someone tried breaking in as well.

Very good value for the price. Friendly and polite staff. Room was clean and in good condition. Everything worked as it should.

The room is not at all that clean and has a weird smell, the sheets are very thin and the pillows are very uncomfortable.

Adequate for our needs. Could use dusting.

All my crews stay here when working in town and the staff is always friendly and hotel is always clean.

I had a very enjoyable stay, it was nice and quiet. The entire hotel was very clean, my room was clean also. I love the setup with the table by the window almost felt like home. Well worth the money!

For the price it was an O.K. place to stay. Unfortunately I had difficulty understanding the night clerk as his english was very broken.

The place was very clean and quiet. The young man who checked me in was not real friendly. Just did his job and wasn’t helpful when asked for restaurants near by. Also right now I had to go through town to get back on 70 west as ramp was closed so a little inconvenient. Overall not bad.
