The location is perfect but the owner REALLY needs to update the mattress for bed and futon. Also, the futon was broken.

Very good and easy to use and the location is good front of the beach and no problem with the parking and the building is good

The building is located infront of a landfill, which is next to the beach. It is not a condo--it is a very small apartment building with and old elevator that was not up to date on inspection. The room itself had old and broken plumbing and roaches on the stovetop, which had food residue on the edges of the gas outlet.

Terrible property that needs to be renovated. Extremely small space, not suited for more than 1 person. The bedding smelled (we were afraid to even get under the covers). The windows do not close properly. We were extremely uncomfortable here and thankful that we were only there for one night. The only good thing about the property is the close proximity to the beach and that safe parking is included. However, the bad outweighs the good and I would never stay here again. The price is WAY too much for this horrible room.

There was nothing unique about the accommodations. The room I received was poorly maintained. There was a water stain/crack on the ceiling tiles. My window shutters would not fully close, which made the AC functionality useless. The frame of the futon in my room was falling apart and the mattress had no padding and was paper thin. On top of it all, there was a musty/mold smell throughout the room.

This property condition was bordering on uninhabitable. For the price point I paid, the product was completely unacceptable. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. EXPEDIA SHOULD REMOVE IT FROM ITS PORTFOLIO!!

I'm from Puerto Rico, so I'm embarrassed that this may be the bad impression guests will receive. Do not book. Period. The room is outdated, the wood door almost doesn't open, it is extremely small, windows don't close, many tiles have holes, are broken or there are no tiles; kitchen sink is crooked; no towel holder; ceiling tiles that look like they are going to fall any minute, bed mattress was hard, etc. The picture looking out the window is not the view you will see. Condensation from the loud air conditioner wets the floor. Not sure about cleanliness the terrible air freshener smell permeated the room and my clothes. Lesson learned: Read the bad reviews. Only two positives: 1 minute to the beach and safe parking.
