Cocomar Oceanview Condominium

The view of my room was beautiful I could see the beach from my window, the place was nice and clean. Everything was within walking distance the beach was basically within a couple of feet from the property everything was perfect I loved it.

Its right on the ocean with parking. Perfect space for 1 person(up to 2). Shower worked great! I did not want to leave

It right next to the beach nice size pictures are exact nice and clean and owner is very helpful I can call him 100 times and he will always pick up and answer any questions I may have I would definitely recommend this place and it also on a quiet peaceful block best place to stay

Pictures of apartment not inaccurate. I was not expecting anything luxurious but apartment is in need of serious upkeep and remodeling. Cracked mirror walls, windows and curtains that don't work, A/C unit held in place with two knives under it, holes on floor tiles, towels with holes and bleach stains, bathroom and kitchen cabinets in poor conditions and the parking is incredibly tight and uncomfortable. It's very difficult to park and exit from parking "lot". If you come too late you can end up without a parking space and having to fend yourself to find a parking space on the street on a location that is surrounded by hot spots of criminal activity. I was there with my daughters only for the weekend to attend my aunt's funeral and unfortunately this place and the experience was very disappointing in an already stressful situation.

Great location, but infested with roaches and ants

Poor conditions. Bugs crawling. Ceiling tiles falling. Small water heater. Uncomfortable mattress. Elevators were scary to get on and off. AC was very load. Old empty Pizza boxes were left in fridge.

The around of the condo was perfect but the room was terrible the electric stove did not work the cabinets were broken missing doors the fridge was too cold so everything turned to ice the floor have what looked like mini potholes the owner of the room needs to make some major improvements just cuz it’s a small space doesn’t mean u can’t make it look more pleasurable

This place was disgusting!!I have never seen anything like it. It looked like someone rented out there section 8 property. It was dirty, floors was sticky, sheets was DISGUSTING, stand up shower was an infection waiting to happen. I checked in with my friend and when we saw the place we ran. We contacted hotels.com who reached the manager because number on file goes to voicemail that does not ring and you can not leave a message. Manager said he will reach out to owner because I requested a refund because I left 10 minutes after arriving. My trip was 9/10/20 as of today no one has reached out to me so I am leaving this review. I was forced to look for another hotel and pay way more money because I didn't book in advance. Please don't stay here you will leave with COVID-19 I'm sure of it.

Try to check in, my room was not ready until after 4:00pm and then after it was clean, there wasn't any clean towels or soap, Very disappointing especially when you are getting ready to step into the shower.

I liked its accessibility to the beach and how private it was.
