Everything good pleasant place

Nothing came with my wife and all the things were good to attend a ceremony

Dirty sheets/towels with stains Toilet was broken, manager came to fix and cut himself left blood everywhere Too expensive for what u get

The bed was like sleeping on springs, the outlets didn’t work, there were stains on the bed comforter and the lamp. And the door knob would fall off anytime we tried to leave

The staff was so kind and helpful

Noisy guests (a baseball team actually) checked in right before us and I asked the staff member do not put us in the building where they were because they were young men and although they seemed tired, they weren’t ready to retire. I was assured that we were in a different building and everything would be fine. However, that is not correct they were in our building on the same floor next to our room. There were multiple rooms where they stayed and when I went back to the office because I was told that I could have a different room in a different building. The young lady told me that there was only one room and it did not meet our expectations when we made the reservation so we ended up canceling and leaving very early in the morning. The room itself was OK however, there were stains on the fitted sheet and she was very worn so the hotel definitely could use new bedding, and the surroundings of the hotel did not appear to be the safest place to stay.

Staff was friendly

My stay was overall good the room was very clean which I appreciated.

A few things could be improved there was no cold water in the sink. I appreciate the cleanliness and effort put into maintaining the hotel
