The rooms are small, with a tiny bathroom, but it was clean and really comfortable beds. Friendly staff as well. I would stay there again

The staff was really helpful and kind. I was in Washington for a funeral and they were very helpful and made it so other family were in the next room.

It was quiet.

The room was dirty, I had to clean the AC filters myself. There were no washcloths or soap.

We walked into a room and it reeked of cigarettes, even though there’s no smoking signs everywhere you go in the building. The smoke detector was falling off the wall, there was blood on the sheets, the toilet was clogged, and the safe did not work. We went to complain to the front desk and they gave us a new room. About 10 minutes later, the housekeeper came to our new room with the dirty bloody sheets and yelled at us about it. Saying that was not blood, and it was fading from washing machine. We felt very uncomfortable. I have pictures. I would not recommend this location.

Non Smoking Room stunk of cigarettes, bed sheets had cigarette burns and stains in them , bathroom towels were nasty, AC Barley worked.

Easy to access location, lots of parking space. Enough room size and very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. It was OK for one night stay but i could not stay more.

The rooms are shabby and out of maintenance requiring immediate paint job and furniture refurbishing. There was a bad moldy smell. I understood this is a budget hotel, but definitely it needs more detailed cleaning.

The attentiveness of staff with issues which were brought to their attention. Leaking tub and toilet and faulty equipment
