"Nice but nothing around hotel"

I stayed here for business as the venue i needed to go was very close. There is nothing around the hotel so recommend a car if you have downtime. The hotel is well appointed but the front desk crew was very young and needed a lot of prompting to get info. The rooms are not well insulated. I was woken up by the person above me walking and making noise. Also, no upgrade and was put over the parking garage and loud AC units which kept me up. No do not disturb tag so had to get one. Security flap didn't work. AC difficult to control and couldn't turn off so that kept waking me. M lounge with few options but had snacks and soda. Room was spacious and water hot in shower. Small in room fridge.
