Odessa Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

We stayed at this hotel in May. We checked in right before the kitchen in the restaurant closed. The staff were very accommodating and prepared a meal to go, even though it meant that they stayed open late. Our room on the concierge level was spacious and very clean. We could hear the guests in the room directly above us, but the noise level was light. The M Club was well stocked after hours and for breakfast with several vegetarian options. The fitness center was clean but had a couple of machines that were out of order. Overall, a great stay. We will stay again in the future!

Our experience staying at the Odessa Marriott was outstanding! The staff was incredibly pleasant and hospitable, especially Lacey and Megan and others working the front desk. The architecture and landscape architecture was exceptionally beautiful - standing out as an oasis within the Odessa desert. The rooms were very comfortable, and the restaurant/bar top notch! We highly recommend this place!

Everything was great. Only minor discomfort was the bath towels. They were quite rough and scratchy.

The property itself is great! However, check in was at 3 and our room was not ready until 5. We were there for a family event that started at 6 and ended up being late because of the late check in. They offered free access to their club which did us no good because we were at our family event. Their excuse was they were sold out the night before. They offered a king room with a cot once they saw I was upset. But for 4 people that was also unacceptable. The ordeal was very inconvenient.

Bathroom was not properly stocked. Floor in bedroom area was not very clean.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The majority of the staff seems to be quite happy with making sure that their customers are satisfied, but there seems to be those who only know the word don’t, can’t and not allowed. Had a wonderful day wanted to end the day at the pool. I was accosted by Lacey telling me what I needed to tell my coworkers which she had already made requests and we accommodated her with a can’t shouldn’t don’t… So we accommodated her, and then, as my coworkers went out to the pool, she was telling me that I needed to tell that girl that I was working with, which I said -We’ve already accommodated you if you want that girl to know something you need to go out there and tell her. She never made a move to the outdoor. I am not her employee. I am not her Patsy and I will not pass along your do’s, Don’ts, can’ts, and won’t messages. She absolutely ruined my experience on my first time stay. However, I will say that Adam, the managing bartender turned a frown into a smile, and I was very happy that he did. He was very accommodating and very kind. Lacey on the other hand needs to learn some customer service manners. She was above and beyond Rude.

Cool hotel but AC was not working.

The staff is amazing here! When we checked in Brett was Soo sweet and made us feel at home! Colleen went above and beyond for us in the restaurant ! Thank you both for your amazing hospitality! You are an asset to the hotel❤️ I love staying here! Pool area is Soo relaxing and clean and the rooms are always comfortable!
