"Our favorite place to stay in Midland/Odessa!"

Love this hotel. we've been 3 times and look forward to returning. Such a classy ambiance and the service couldn't be better! Super customer focused, Lacey and Jacob, at the front desk, acted as though they were happy we were there. When we celebrated our anniversary, Lacey arranged for others to deliver several special gifts to our room the following day, even though she was at home ill. She actually followed-up with her associates to be sure they were delivered according to our dietary preferences. The concierge who delivered them couldn't have been kinder. Meagan, in the Club Room, was another super friendly and helpful person that we look forward to seeing again. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We'll surely be back.

The hotel was very nice. The place was clean and the fitness room was great. The staff was not very friendly. The front desk was fine but the rest not so. The restaurant in the hotel was terrible service. We ate once for breakfast and it was ok. Service was fine. Went back for dinner and the hostess asked how many? Went to the back and didn’t come back for 10 minutes! Took our name and number. Didn’t call us for over an hour. We went somewhere else. Had a great meal and came back and asked her if we had a table yet and she said no that things are kinda busy. Open tables all I. The place…

Beautiful place, our second stay, we’ve come in late both trips and the staff is great no matter the time of day! Lot of beautiful art and love the industrial spin they put on it. Always clean and smells well. Even with a full Friday night lobby it was not bothersome for the guests.

The beds. Very uncomfortable, had dips in them, The shower m, leaked all over the floor with in minutes, the seals were not great.
