Clean

Got charged twice once through Booking and once through the hotel. And either one could put it back on my card right away. Like it was taken out. We were a party of ten. And the waitress didn't tell us till after we ordered she could only split the bill 2 ways. Had to call the manager. We went on a party bus. Returned to the hotel continued at the bar. Kitchen was closed but the would us to bring in food to bar area.

Good food and service from 3pm staff. Good was tasty and drinks were on point. Went back after 6 for second round, yummy! Will be back when I come to Odessa, and I will invite others to join me or go solo for some great food and service from all of Torchy’s staff.

Beautiful place and service is amazing i just loved the place definitely my favorite place rooms are clean spacious and comfortable so my number 1 for when i travel for business.. i was there for the black and white gala ball and this place definitely is stunning

"What’s another word for “best”?"

I hate the service in Odessa. Everywhere you go, staff are more engaged on their phones than they are their role, management doesn’t lead, but no one ever attempts to improve due to the demand in the area. You can experiment this from local country clubs, dive bars and chain restaurants. The downtown Marriott is the muse in Odessa. I spent two straight days there for an event and the entire staff was exemplary. From the bar service at night to breakfast in the mornings. I will make it a point to frequent the Marriott weekly for meals and drinks.

"Beautiful hotel in Odessa"

This hotel is a beautiful surprise in downtown Odessa. The interior design of the rooms and conference areas is industrial mid century modern with stone and metal sculptures and unique lighting. Stunning pool area. The room was spacious and comfortable. This was definitely the nicest Marriott I have ever stayed at. Free parking garage!
