"Great quiet hotel."

My mom and I stayed for 3 days and enjoy our stay. The staff was helpful with my mom as she uses a walker. There was no breakfast included but the on site restaurant had a better selection than any breakfast included hotel I've stayed at before. The outlet mall is right beside the hotel so shopping without using the car was excellent.

"Belle expérience"

Chambre très propre, confortable et spacieuse. Endroit tranquille et facile d'accès. Endroit à retourner lors d'un prochain voyage.

Pas de petit déjeuner et le restaurant adjacent à l'établissement n'ouvrait qu'à 08h00, trop tard pour nous.

"This hotel meets all my needs."

This property is very close to the work I come to town for. I have been staying here every other week for almost a year. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the bathroom has a good shower. The cost is very favourable. I will continue to stay at this hotel as long as I am working in Niagra Falls.

There is a IHOP restaurant attached to the hotel which is not open when I leave for work and closed when I get back to my room. This is a minor inconvenience.

There was no breakfast included. so I can't rate that. We got request fulfilled as asked on booking. Rooms clean. The accommodations met expectations for a 'budget' hotel as price was a consideration.

Key entry somewhat tricky and we needed to get help as well as I noted some others as well. We were advised keys a little old, so maybe and upgrade is in order there.
