"Wouldn’t stay here again."

Nice staff. Room clean

Mattress on beds were very old. Very thin. No cushioning. In my room when you turn on the light in the bathroom a fan comes on that sounds like a helicopter. Very outdated coffee station.

"No sleep and aching joints from a bed as hard as a plank."

Good location for event we were attending.

The bed was HARD and the mattress had a section in the centre that caused you to roll into the middle of the mattress.

We had 3 families with 2 kids, staying for one night and overall the facilities + staffs were very nice. A/C and heating system was very good. Beds were clean; the wifi on 5th floor is a bit weak LOL It is a great location also (10 minutes from downtown but also that could be due to ongoing construction when we drove here); Tim Hortons just around 10 minutes walk away; next to us was an outlet; bus stop was nearby as well. Recommended staying!

The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. I was disappointed that there was no fridge, microwave or hair dryer in the room, which seems the norm in all the other hotels we’ve been in.

"FYI! The front desk has the pool towels... BEFORE you get wet!"

The room was spotless... Lots of convenient places to plug in things to charge.. The pool & hot tub are clean and wonderful despite being a little small... Perfectly located next door to Canada One Outdoor Outlet Mall & not too far away from anything! Free & safe parking area included. Absolutely would recommend!

Other places we have stayed with an indoor pool enclosure keep a supply rack of clean towels for guests (with a stripe or pattern to indicate pool towels rather than room towels). This location has nothing of the sort. There needs to be signage at or on the entry door informing or reminding guests that they will need to get towels from the front desk BEFORE they enter the shower & pool area. It is rather unpleasant to discover - once you are completely drenched that you need to walk back out through the lobby to the front desk to get said towels. Maybe at check in time - it could be mentioned that you have to ask for towels (if not offering pool towels at that time).
