⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very pleasant stay at Panorama Rooms in Sofia. From the moment I booked, the host, Lucio, was incredibly helpful and cooperative. Even before my arrival, he sent detailed check-in instructions and all the information I needed, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived, his friend Gavin was there to welcome me. He was very kind, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The location worked perfectly for me, as it is conveniently close to both the bus and railway stations. One of the highlights of this accommodation is definitely the view. The rooms are located on the seventh floor, and the panorama over Sofia is spectacular. I especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony, whether early in the morning with a coffee or at night admiring the city lights. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay, and the shared bathrooms and showers were always clean and readily available. The room itself was comfortable and suitable for a solo traveler. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and croissant offered by the host. As for the bed, comfort is always a matter of personal preference. For me, the mattress felt a bit firm, but I understand that many guests may find it perfect.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to gradually modernize and upgrade some of the rooms. The property has great potential, and a few updates could take it to an even higher level. Personally, I think such improvements would justify charging a higher nightly rate.
