Great location and view (located on the 7th floor), all shared facilities are very clean, and all residents were respectful of each other's space. There were enough toilets and showers that there was never a line. Big thanks to Gavin for treating me to great soup and conversations!

What a gem of a place! Excellent communication, great location, clean, comfortable and the nicest host! Best showers in Europe, great kitchen and wrap around balcony with views to die for.

I arrived at Sofia airport late and didn't get to the property until after 11pm. When I got there the host had made hot food and offered me a beer which was unexpected and very kind! They also provided coffee and croissants for each morning. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony is incredible and worth the stay alone. The property is close to the trams and metro so it's really easy to get around.

Logement parfait, magnifique vue sur Sofia, tout était propre et la cuisine est bien équipée. On est comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Gavin pour son accueil ! En plus un super voyage dans le temps avec l'ascenseur...
