The room had a smell that didnt leave .... Possibly septic or blocked drain issues.
The room and services are good. it would good if the rooms are provided with the iron and ironing board. This will reduce inconvenience to the client.
AUthe staff were beautiful the location was stunning waking up to the beach in clear view of your room, the room is huge. it would of been amazing when first built but its not been maintained in a very very long time!!!!
There is no WIFI, no bath mats so easy to slip on tiles, they shut the restaurant for lunch, there is no local taxis and the drive way to the closest shop is 2km away and full of pot holes they have a hotel car out the front but don't even offer to take u up to the shop at the end of the drive way, there is no fly screens on all windows so bugs and spiders got in, can’t order room service from your room have to go to the restaurant - no point in ordering room service then, it all old school key locks and they only had 1 set of keys for our villa, they don’t actually supply blankets it’s a throw blanket like the hospital ones, it’s dirty there is mold every where, the air conditioners dodgy and are all hard to use, half the lights are blown, the bed is hard like sleeping on the tiles, there was meant to be a water slide for my son and it definitely wasn't there… there is no slide, the menu is average and well over priced for what u get! The included breakfast is basic and doesn't accommodate for kids with sensory needs, the pool tiles have half fallen off and my son cut his foot on them, there is no room phone for reception, no safe in the room, the backs of the chairs are filthy, the light switches are filthy, around the sinks are mold, there is 2 cups 2 coffee cups and 4 plates, no bowls, the doors don’t lock properly you have to wiggle them to get them to lock.
