Facility filthy needs renovation offers continental breakfast but none

I love this place. The room is clean. The staff is wonderful. If you are traveling with a pet, there is no better place to stay.

Absolutely disgusting.. Came in late on Oct 9th, last minute booking because nothing else was available.. So I will start with the Loud flies in the room, an infestation of Lady Bugs, 1 or 2 okay, But it was 9 and I stopped counting, and the spiders crawling all over the bathroom and they were aware of this when I complained, so obviously they do nothing to correct. Couldn't tell you what was under the sheets cause I threw my own blanket down on the old hard mattresses to sleep, because I had 2 children with me or I would have slept in my car. Stains on the carpets, water stains on the ceiling.Blood stained pillows, Dirty Towels, !/2 used bottles of lotion and Shampoo, Tissue box with 2 Tissues so they re-use what was left from previous guest.. So not COVID SAFE. And I was lucky to get the previous guest underwear that was left on the floor in an area that if you vacuumed they would have saw it. Broken Microwave was the only thing they corrected and brought another and that is when I gave him the bloody pillow dirty towels and underwear.. and was not given back a pillow and towels in place of them. I asked for a !/2 0f refund which was even too mush to pay but I did stay because I had no where else to go, Its camping in doors. They didn;t do anything and neither did Expedia.. I have photos and videos that I will post on other review sights..Expedia doesnt give you that option.. DO NOT STAY HERE...Stay at Super 8 in Massena, So clean and comfortable.

A bit out of our way but the price was right. Holes in walls where things have been reattached a few times. Hall carpet needs updating. No snacks or breakfast. Bed was ok and it was quiet.

It was easy to find.

Pet friendly. Very nice staff. I was in a pet friendly room, so it was a little worn out. I could not have asked for nicer staff.

Carpet filthy. Requested ground level room -handicapped. None available. No elevator. Had to walk up very big flight.

For a non-smoking facility, it sure smelled of smoke. We refused the first room. The next one was a bit better, and improved throughout the night with the window wide open.

Extremely overpriced
