The location is ideal for visiting Herculaneum. Theresa and Jasmine were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was perfect. We loved the shared spaces and library outside our door.

Nothing.

We had a late checkin of 10pm. Was in communication with owner that our train from Milan was 90 minutes late… 90 minutes turned into 4 hrs and the owner was very gracious as we arrived by Taxi at 1:30am. Breakfast in our room was great and the hostess met our every need and want! 10 minutes walk to Herculaneum. Many good restaurants around and we took the train back to Napoli Centrale!

Only one lamp in the bedroom (a minor inconvenience)

The location is perfect and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom fittings and shower are a little dated
