Pleasant staff, good experience,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.

We decided to stay here because the hotel chain we normally use was booked for the night we were to stay. Better than I expected. The room we stayed in was very clean and updated. We will definitely stay here again when visiting my son in college.This was a nice room for almost half the price.

Staff not helpful. Old yet clean. Did not look like pictures.

Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant. Good deal for the money. No complaints here

Room was very clean . Little nervous about construction going on but other than that felt very safe

Sheets were dirty and asked for new ones. Staff member wanted to only replace the one sheet that looked dirty but not all of them. After asking for all of them I was given a stack of sheets and had to make the bed myself. The next day I asked for a new towel and was told they don't have any. Room looked worn out with peeling paint and holes in the wall. Overall crappy place.

The room was good. It was clean. But after check out I got a call from the front desk asking if we had had a pet there. I asked her no why? She said that they had found 1 dog hair on our 2 beds in our room. I told her no that we did not have a dog traveling with us. That we had one at home and the hairs may have came from the blankets that my girls had brought with them. I was very unhappy with this lack of trust in there clients. The fact that it was ONE hair. This was insane.

Staff is very rude and unfriendly. Rooms are disgusting. Bed bug alert!

Horrible. Everything was in very bad shape and barely worked. Needs to be shut down. I am Infuriated I wasted my money here
