Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West

Staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and the breakfast had lots to choose from which was very good. Absolutely would come back here!

Easy access and accommodations were OK. Breakfast could be improved with some gluten free options.

Some maintenance needs to be done in the room and bathroom because a drawer handle on the dresser unit wasn't secured properly and fell off and the water flow at the bathroom sink faucet was restricted due to sediment plugging the aerator. The tub drain was very slow also.

Refused to give me a receipt. I’m sure I’ll see a BS fee charge on my bill.

กลิ่นตั้งแต่เดินเข้าเช็คอิน รู้สึกได้ว่ากลิ่นนี้เป็นกลิ่นของความไม่สะอาด ห้องพักได้ห้องชั้น 5 สุดทางเดิน รู้สึกถึงความไม่ปลอดภัย ตรงข้ามห้องเสียงดังเปิดประตูเข้าออกบ่อยมากทั้งที่เป็นเวลา ตี1ตี2แล้ว ภายในห้องพัก แสงไฟไม่สว่าง โทรศัพท์ภายในห้องใช้ไม่ได้ทีวีดู WiFiไม่ได้ แอร์เสียงดัง ชัดโครกกดเสียงดังนอนอยู่ตกใจมาก หมอนนอนไม่สบายทุกใบ รู้สึกแย่มาก เสียดายเงินมาก จะไม่พักโรงแรมนี้อีกแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะ location ไหน
