Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West

The location, as I have stayed here for the last four winters during storms.

The gentleman that checked me in was doing his best to ensure my safety with the below. As when I showed to check in after work Saturday, on his end it showed I was already seemed to be checked in. Multiple phone calls and 45 minutes later, he offered a different room just in case there was a key given for said room. Excellence on safety. So I went from floor 3 to floor 5, no big deal. Took my weekend snowstorm luggage up and I can still make it to work, unload luggage and fire alarm is chirping in room. Back down I go, moves me to an another room since he was doing his best to keep an already pleasant customer happy. Hey, it’s a snowstorm, no reason to get upset over something out of the employees control. Which in part is a very nice gesture on the gentleman’s part. Onto moving me to a room on the floor 4 where all I wanted to do was get their amazing chicken quesadilla, which it was and go to sleep for work. However, I was greeted from across the hall room of an overzealous young child and parents that did not seem to care of anyone partaking in this establishment on that entire floor. Do I ask for a fourth room? Nope, kids will be kids and child was put to bed at a decent time. Daytime, complete chaos which is unfortunate. So, in conclusion of this novel after staying here for four winter years of storms, this is the only instance of debacle I have encountered. Sincerely, Still would recommend.

This hotel is always super clean when I go, they even have breakfast which is a plus! The staff at this establishment are also so very helpful and friendly!!

Come every year fir dog show in October

We did not get to have breakfast. We did have coffee and juice before we left and they were good

The door to the bathroom and closet needs to be painted and fixed so that they close properly
