"Good service bad product"

The gentleman at the front desk at all he could to resolve my issues but unfortunately due to the bedbugs we had to leave but he did refund my money and I do greatly appreciate it I wish more hoteliers were like him

"Good place to stay when traveling"

Good place to stay when traveling and need a cheap place to rest for the night. Room had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. The room wasn't in the best shape but it was good for the price and provided a good place to relax and rest before traveling again the next day.

"Great Staff But......"

the staff were super nice and very helpful but the place is stuck in the 90s! By far the most uncomfortable bed and the shower was D-sgusting!!!!

Aswe checked in the front desk person smelt like they hadn't showered in days. Our room was right off the front lobby so it was noisy whenever someone went to check in. The room was run down and looked like it was run down the shower was in the worst condition with the shower walls looking like there was mold crowning on them and on the corners of the tub.
