"Room smelled like bug spray, SMALL bathroom. "

This hotel was not a good choice for us. The room was small, smelled like bug spray, very SMALL bathroom, not very clean room, not a good area. Will NOT stay there again. Would NOT recommend this place as I seen a plant in the window in one of the rooms upon checking in, locals live in this hotel. Not a safe area.

"Cochroach motel"

People were friendly. Location was not very comforting. Cockroaches were in our luggage and my purse. When we went to breakfast, they ran out on our table. Will never stay at this location again.

"great reasonable place"

Great price great value. Clean, quiet, safe, Micro and frige, internet access in room are all very important to me. Continental breakfast is okay, I've had better but it is sufficient. Very close to the 40, and very quiet. One of the best low budget places I've ever stayed.
