cafe da manha é magnifico

o quarto é muito pequeno. no 1o andar vc escuta todo barulho da rua. a acustica do hotel é pessima, vc escuta muito barulho .

"Just a perfect stay in Madrid!"

I chose this hotel for my daughter and I to stay, it’s situated in a lovely safe neighbourhood. The hotel was perfect, welcoming, always willing to help and made us feel so comfortable! Our room we booked was the empress room with a terrace! The room was exceptionally clean, so quiet, air con was perfect and the bed and pillows were sooo comfy! Teh breakfast was delicious, a great selection & all staff so friendly. We went to Madrid to visit family and to have have a mixture of relaxing time and we were there when it was very hot, so the terrace on the roof was great! The pool was just what you needed! I am already looking to book our next stay there! Highly recommend!!! We’ve had an amazing stay!

Everything was very good. The breakfast was excellent, and the room equipment and comfort were fully satisfactory. I especially appreciated the daily bottle of water provided in the room, as well as the small complimentary treats such as chocolates. These thoughtful details made the stay even more pleasant.

There was only one minor inconvenience during my stay. On one occasion, housekeeping came to clean the room while I was still at breakfast and before leaving for the conference. I then had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the room to be finished. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.
