The property is very well located in the Salamanca neighborhood, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the overall service throughout our stay was very good. We would gladly return in the future.

It was a pity that there was no staff available on the rooftop to serve drinks, as this could have enhanced the experience even more. In addition, the hotel entrance could be cleaned and vacuumed more frequently, as there was occasionally paper and debris on the floor.

Хорошая локация . Номер в целом не маленький. Завтраки не брали . Кровать большая удобная. Подушки тоже отлично .

Окно маленькое в патио испортило в целом все впечатление(. отель не новый. Но комната в хорошем состоянии вопросов нет. Но на одну ночь нормально. Но для такой комнаты, цена высокая.

La amabilidad de la gente. El cuarto.

Me recibió alguien en recepción que me amargó la llegada porque me dió una habitación que era mala con vista al piso interno y oscura con la excusa que no había lugar. Yo había reservado y prepagado una habitación con vista al exterior. Me la cambiaron peeo nadie me quita la mala impresión inicial. Tienen que tener cuidado y cuidar al cliente.
