"Fantastic staff"

Breakfast is very good, staff are wonderful especially Glena who help me with my points. Room are pretty much all I need. Kitchen are great as it's all you need as a long term guest. Great bed and sofa bed. I love how their TV has my name every time i check in.

"Top notch customer Service-Glena"

Beds were very Conft. Superb experience Front desk agent treated be so well. I left a stuff last time and Glena phoned me right away and made sure Everything was great at my stay. She is very friendly and helpful,and the rest of the staff. Definitely recommended.

"Service is great thay why you should stay here"

Service is Fantistic, I been staying in hotel most of the year because of work. Service here is just great headed my the manager Glena. This is close to everything and you can walk to emerald street and shopping area. Would choose this hotel over and over again.

Location is excellent. Close to work. Found everthing here like where breakfast amenities room and service are the best. All guest needs they offer.Glena,managing the show is the best in what she does. I also love the personalized greeting in the TV. Just perfect.

There was no pool on site, you had to walk to a different hotel to use theirs. The beds and sofa were very uncomfortable.

"Very clean and pleasant stay"

Very clean and well-managed. Two-bedroom suite had plenty of room for two people. Breakfast was not elaborate but just fine for a normal day, supervised by the kind and helpful Shelly in a bright and pleasant room. Really good coffee. Hotel is close to Centennial Park with many walking trails. Would certainly stay again.

"Ralph at the front desk is one of a kind"

All the amenities are the best for a long term stay.Fridge is huge and oven is great as well especially for a guy like me who loves baking. I highly recommended to everyone.Family suites is also perfect. Front desk team always do a great job.Ralph is very helpful. We will stay here again and again.
