Shout out to Shelly at the breakfast service. Our family slept in from a busy schedule the night before. We came down for breakfast hoping to grab a quick bite before heading out. Shelly was cleaning up as the service was over. She was kind enough to make us breakfast so we can begin our day properly with a full belly. Amazing customer service! We’ll be back next month. This was my first time staying at TownePlace Suites Sherwood Park for a 1-night birthday getaway, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The front desk staff did an excellent job — very accommodating and friendly. Big shout out to Glena and Nick for making check-in and our overall stay so smooth and welcoming. A special thanks as well to Shelly, the breakfast attendant/server. My daughter always looks forward to the waffle maker when we stay at TownePlace Suites in the South, but during weekdays here they don’t usually offer it. Shelly went the extra mile and made one just for her, which absolutely made her day (and mine too!). The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax, but it’s the amazing staff that really made the difference. Thank you for making my birthday getaway extra memorable!

Quiet location, nice and clean. As a suit hotel, they don’t have their own restaurant but shared with the neighbor hotel. The breakfast is just ok.

I’ve stayed at TownePlace Suites in Sherwood Park many times when visiting my family and it’s always my first choice. The hotel is dog friendly,standard rooms have a kitchenette and everything is always clean and comfortable.On my recent stay, we had a small AC issue in our room. Ralph at the front desk went above and beyond. Without us even asking he transferred us to another room on the same floor so we didn’t have to haul our luggage far. It saved us a lot of time and stress, especially since I had an appointment to get to.Thanks to his quick thinking and excellent service,what could have been a hassle turned into a smooth and easy stay. Breakfast was great as always and I’ll keep coming back here whenever I’m in Sherwood Park.

It was only one night. I wish we would have stayed longer staff and the hotel was excellent. The lady in the breakfast room was was very friendly.

Great stay! My partner and I stayed at TownePlace for two nights and the hotel met our expectations. The kitchenette allowed us to cook and prepare our own meals. Ralph at the front desk was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. He also suggested great restaurants and places to visit. The room was clean and very spacious. I highly recommend the hotel.

Every part of my stay was absolutely wonderful! Gllena, Himani, and Ralph went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Moe Abou El Jibeen who is the Manager of Catering and Large Group booking at the Marriott TownPlace Suites, Sherwood Park, AB and thru “Moe” we arranged for a large block of Rooms over the 31 July-3August weekend for family and friends for our 50th Weddong Anniversary Celebration! “Moe” was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with in regards to putting together all the rooms we needed and a great package on the rooms and the hotel itself, the rooms, the included hot breakfast and the entire staff from front desk to cleaning staff was Superb +++++! All in all everyone who stayed there was extremely pleased and we are already making plans for a large group of us to return there for a gathering again next August 2026! I highly recommend this hotel for your needs in Sherwood Park!

Very clean and conveniently located. Two separate bedrooms was a great option with children. Full kitchen with dining livingroom are separate from sleeping area. Great place to stay with children and/ or two couples.

Shelley, breakfast server, is amazing. She is such a kind and caring member of TownePlace Suites in Sherwood Park. Our family came down for breakfast 5 mins after breakfast stations were closed. Due to the long weekend, we thought it was still the weekend. Shelly was extremely understanding and prepped our breakfast. Shelly did not need to help us… breakfast was over. And even throughout our breakfast, she always came by our table to see if there was anything else. Shelly is amazing. She is a valuable member of TownePlace Suites.
