"Best hotel in Sherwood Park"

TPS is one of the besy hotels in Sherwood Park! Rooms are very clean and the staff are always smiling and accommodating. Front desk agents are always smiling whenever I pass by at the front desk. I love staying in this hotel because they have a kitchen in room. Ralph helped me with my Marriott bonvoy account and whenever I have any requests for cleaning they always make it on time. Naman is also helpful and always smiling. Im away from home but as a long stay guest I feel like Im home.

"Excellent"

The suite was clean and tidy and the kitchen serviced us well. House keeping was good and staff were friendly. There wasn’t a kettle in our room so we had to boil water using a saucepan. The couch was very uncomfortable and the pillows were poor quality. The air conditioner in one of the rooms rattled and was too loud to sleep with.

"Great experience"

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It was a really amazing place to stay. The layout of the rooms was amazing and spacious. Breakfast was awesome and Shelly was very helpful and very professional. She took initiative to make everyone feel comfortable. Highly recommend. Would love to come back again.

I would like to highly recommend Ms. Namanpreet, starting from the booking up to our current stay. The location is so convenient next to my husband's place of work while am doing the work from home. This is our 2nd stay already and will be coming back as she had assisted us again for our next week's stay. She has been so very pleasant, always have a cheerful smile whatever time of the day and would always ask how can she make our stay at par. She is definitely a 'go-to' and the most reliable person to deal with. Thank you, Naman!
