Front Desk Attendant, kitchen staff, and room attendants was excellent. Friendly and professional.

Breakfast. Boiled eggs were watery. Quiche and “veg” were gross. Only one type of fruit out. Wooden cutlery is awful to eat with. Makes food taste worse.

Nice Hotel. The stay wa pleasant and the hotel is close to my office. The cheff at the restaurant, Shell, has put special efforts to serve me a breakfast prepaeed for me as I am a vegetarian. Thanks Madam for the help and support during the stay.

John and Shirley were excellent. We were there for our daughters graduation and they made the stay very relaxing. Shirley cooked up a nice breakfast every morning and John looked after our every need. Thank you!!

This property was our home away from home from October 8 to November 11, 2025 while our home was being restored after water damage. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The highlight of our stay was my daily morning interactions with Shelly while enjoying the available complimentary breakfast. Shelly's service and friendly disposition were always outstanding. I also enjoyed conversations with John and Ralph when they were at the front desk.

This past April my family had to move into the TownePlace Suites due to a flood that happened on our home in Sherwood Park. We had been living with family and needed to find a place to stay while our home was being repaired and restored. We had no idea the damage that water could do nor did we know that we would then be out of our home for more than 4 months! When I approached the staff at TownePlace Suites to find our family a temporary place to live, right away they were so welcoming and accommodating. We had a two bedroom kitchenette suite that became our home for our family of 4 for the next 3 months. As you can imagine this type of upheaval to our lives was very difficult but the staff at TownePlace Suites were awesome to help make this time easier for our family. From Himani’s and Glena’s amazing and caring help at the front desk, to lovely Shelly caring for our girls favourite breakfast foods each day, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly and made the TownePlace suites our home away from home. Our room was cleaned very well throughout the weeks and the staff was very helpful with any of our needs throughout this long stay. During the months of our stay, we used the awesome outdoor barbecue area many times, to have friends and family over. We loved this space. Our girls were also delighted to be able to use the pool at the sister hotel next door! They loved being able to use this as a way to play and have fun when they could not be at their own home or be able to play in their own backyard. On behalf of our family, we are truly grateful for the care and support of the TownePlace Suite staff during this difficult time. Their kindness and generosity will be remembered. We recommend this hotel to any family looking for a place to stay that feels like a home away from home.

Th best hotel experience weve had in a longtime. Staff are super great super helpful.Extremely friendly non judgmental.This is the best experience we've had like.I said above breakfast was great and we were not bothered when we went out for a cigarette love.This place highly recommend it!!!!
