Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Ralph at the front desk stood out for being warm, professional and very accommodating. He made the whole arrival process easy and pleasant. The suite was clean spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was perfect to start the day. We also appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly we’ll definitely bring our dog next time! It was a relaxing and hassle free stay. Highly recommended!!!

We traveled all the way from Nova Scotia and had a wonderful stay at Townplace suites Sherwood Park. This is definitely one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long trip. Ralph from the front desk was especially helpful, when I requested extra towels he personally brought them to our room right away. We were traveling with our kids and the suite was perfect for our family. The room was very clean, spacious and maintained. Having a kitchen and a full sized fridge in the suite was a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay as Always We stayed at this hotel last year while visiting family and decided to return again and once again, it did not disappoint. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located near many restaurants, grocery stores, and outlet shops which made our stay even more enjoyable. All the staff were helpful and accommodating, from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast person. Special mention to Ralph who assisted us with our requests and always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by the front desk his hospitality really stood out. It was also a nice bonus that we were allowed to use the pool at Four Points. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay and we will definitely be coming back.

This place was Amazing! From the customer service, to the buffet breakfast, to the rooms, it was non stop!! And for the $$ value, 10/10 recommend this hotel! Ralph and Gurmeet were both very informative, fast and helpful! Being able to use the adjacent hotels pool was an added bonus (they could raise the temperature of the hot tub though). The continental breakfast was the best I've seen/had to date! (I have stayed in A LOT of hotels too). The variety of the breakfast is what made it so good. Oatmeal bar with raisins, crasins, coconut, pumpkin seeds, granola. Omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, waffle maker, cereals, milk, chocolate milk, yogurt, fruit and a coffee/tea bar! I probably missed stuff too! Just an amazing breakfast!!👏 We had the 2 bedroom suite, VERY spacious and comfortable! It worked perfectly for our family. The bathroom was unique and I liked the privacy set up. We had our old, little dog with us and they accommodated us with him very well. Thanks for that! The only problem we encountered was the kitchen sink tap was spraying water. We just wrapped it in paper towel and let them know at check-out. I won't comment on the price we payed, but it was extremely reasonable for what we received.

It was a good hotel everyone had a great time. Service was great. Will come again if I'm back.
