Staying in TownePlace Suites here in Sherwood Park feels like staying home. Staff are always nice and welcoming specially Ralph at the front desk, he’s very helpful with our requests.

I have stayed at Towneplace several times over the years and I must say that the service is always A-class. There is this guy there at the front desk, named Ralph. A true customer service connoisseur. That guy is always friendly and patient. He certainly deserves a raise!! He is perfect example of the type of individual one expects as their first interaction at a company. This time on my check-in was no different. Ralph is a boss and he deserves some type of accolade for his exemplar service.

"Great property"

My third time staying with them I love the location. The staff are amazing. The hotel rooms are great. I have not had a chance to try their food or privileges as a Titanium member, but it must to stay there.

We had an excellent experience staying here! It was a little spring break getaway with my daughter. The staff went above and beyond and were extremely kind and Accommodation. I love that there was a kitchen. We got some groceries from a nearby store and made most of our meals in our room. It was so relaxing and quiet.we were able to walk across to the four points hotel for swimming and underground free parking. I would definitely stay here again! "Great in all ways but needs more high chairs."

Everything about the property was great with on exception.

They only had one high chair in breakfast area. There were three of us with infants or toddlers that day. Please acquire more high chairs.
