TownePlace Suites by Marriott Edmonton Sherwood Park

I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was not properly cleaned, with dust and dirt in several areas, and the bathroom did not meet basic hygiene standards. Common areas also appeared untidy and poorly maintained. For the price and brand, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

I’ve been coming here for years now…and they implemented this new policy where they charge you even for small stains on the towels which i will say RIDICULOUS! I’ve never been into a hotel where you get a call after and tell you that they need to charge me for a stain from your stay. I dont care about the charge at all but it is rather disappointing because i pay a good amount of money per stay just to be told that i need to pay $5-10 extra because there was a stain in my towel. While i know this is no front staff’s fault, housekeeping manager should be careful about this because sure its reasonable to charge a stain no problem but if you are charging me for a tiny bit of stain??! Thats crazy! And i was there for more than 3 days and only got my room clean once! I had to go and ask for it. When i came in the room was not even properly cleaned. So if they are charging me for those towels better be sure that the room i checked in to is 100% clean! So disappointed with the housekeeping here. Front team are great and friendly but if i have to stress out about this tiny little issue id rather take my business somewhere else.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a great experience. I booked a suite room which was very spacious and perfect for me and my friend. Breakfast was complimentary and quite good. Ralph at the front desk called about 10 minutes after check-in to make sure everything in our room was fine. Later when we ran low on shampoo I called the front desk and Avanes promptly delivered a refill in less than five minutes. While the hotel itself doesn’t have a pool we were able to use the pool at Four Points which was a nice perk. Overall, a great stay. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit.

Ralph receptionist at Townplace Suites Edmonton was incredibly helpful and friendly! They are so nice to talk to. They efficiently handled my check in check out and answered all my questions about the hotel and local areas, Their professional and warm smile made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The whole staff at the hotel was incredible, especially Shelly! She was so amazing with our twins at breakfast, we are extremely grateful! We will be back for sure!
