The parking lot had craters and the rooms need a lot of repair

Service desk lady was nice and friendly ,hot tub was broke ,pool was cold water , all ice machines were broke . Tv was broke , the door was hard to open ,and went to the restroom during the night, turned on light and cockroaches run cross the floor. No pictures , I say one thing pictures are deceiving

Would never willingly stay here the pool is closed and very dirty

Our room smelled like smoke, the hallways smelled bad, the elevator didn't have working lights, the lights didn't turn on with the wall switch when we walked in the room, the switches on the lamps were crooked and seemed like a fire hazard. It was so bad we didn't end up staying, and there was no management on site, so we couldn't even discuss getting our money back.

The location is good

The room was not clean as there were food crumbs on the floor. The staff was nonexistent. The hot breakfast was ice cold. I had stayed in the motel in 2015 and thought it was great. It has truly declined significantly.

Booked the room not knowing the hotel was CLOSED so had to pay for a new room somewhere else while we wait a week or longer for a refund. Don't allow bookings if you arent open.

First room we got given after booking a single queen was a double queen room right next to the front desk. Right off the bat the toilet wasn’t flushed and there was brown gunk on the sink I wiped off. Then I found someone’s used hair rubber bands on the floor and a bag of takis with crumbs all over the floor. The next thing I noticed was hairs in the bed on the sheets and the corner of the room was carelessly splattered with sheet rock from a ceiling repair, so much so that it was on the curtains and lamps, as well as the unplugged phone I found tucked away in a drawer, as if the staff was trying to hide the shame of such a gross hotel room. Oh and the bathtub was black. I asked for a different room which the clerk obliged.The second room we got was a single queen room 2 doors down which appeared to be fine, until we lifted the sheets and found mold and crusty gunk in the middle of the bed. After this we promptly left and got a room somewhere else.
