Hotel was OK but not really a good value for the very expensive price. We paid over $500 a night, and the bedding and mattress were only so-so. The washers and dryer‘s were not well-maintained. One dryer was out of service and a second dryer needed to be repaired while we were using it. There was a constant line for the laundry.

Room was not clean on arrival and maid service highly inadequate. Treadmills in fitness center: Belts so loose they are boarding on a trip hazard. The one breakfast I attended was horrible. This is my second visit to this location and not representative of the quality and cleanliness I experienced in the past. Slipping!

El hotel es muy bonito y nuevo, una lastima el pésimo servicio, si necesitas algo, y si tienes suerte que alguien te conteste, pueden pasar 2 o 3 horas a que te manden toallas o cualquier amenidad, reservé el servicio de house keeping 24 horas antes como lo marca la regla y jamás hicieron mi cuarto, una pena, bonito el hotel pero pésimamente mal manejado por el manager general y el manager de house keeping, ojo qué hay mejores opciones en Chula Vista ! No reserven aquí

I arrived at the hotel before the check-in time at 3 pm. I requested the front desk to see if there is a possibility to check in a little early. I was told that the room was not ready and I need to understand that the check-in time is after 3 pm. I waited for more than 3 hours to check in. After I checked in, I took my luggage to the room. It was not clean. The tables, counter, desk, etc. were dirty. I had to use the towel to clean everything again. The toilet did not flush. I had to call the front desk again for assistance. It would be very helpful if the hotel could allow check-in a little early if it is possible. It would be nice if the room is clean.
