Great location great staff
We had a wonderful time at Costa Oeste! We were a family of four with two small children, and we were thrilled with our choice to stay at Costa Oeste. The layout of the property was perfect for entertaining kids all day and having plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the beach, the pool, our room, the bar, restaurant and games. The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt so well cared for the entire time. Definitely THE SPOT to stay in Popoyo!
The food at the restaurant was the best we had in the area. The free breakfast is amazing and huge!
Maravilloso! Esta justo frente a la playa, puedes escuchar las olas desde la habitación, las cual es muy amplia, limpia y bien acondicionada, el baño estaba excelente, con ducha y lavamanos en muy buen estado. La atención del personal es muy buena y el lugar es bastante calmo.

Our stay at Costa Oeste surpassed our expectations in every way. The room was impeccable...clean, comfortable, spacious an nicely designed. It was perfect for our family of four. With only six rooms in the whole place, it was also so peaceful and quiet which we really appreciated. The staff were great...helpful, very pleasant and they provided great service. The food at the restaurant was just superb (which I can't say about everywhere in Nicaragua). Portions were very ample and the quality (taste and presentation) was excellent. It's the first time in Nica that I had a juicy, tasty burger! The grounds were beautiful and the pool area as well. Everything was so well-maintained. Location: You can't get better than the Santana beach area. Not a surfer but it's the best surf in the country. As for swimming, the shoreline is rocky but you can definitely find pockets of sand and once inside, it's sandy and shallow. We had a blast in the ocean! We can't recommend Costa Oeste enough! Would love to come back!
The workers, the vibe, the food and the service was amazing. I went with two kids and they helped me arrange a safe ride and tour guide that helped us see all the sights. 10 out of 10.

I really liked the super chill staff at Costa Oeste. This is a nice hotel in front of Playa Santana, with minimal amenities, comfortable bed, and the public area had a nice set of hammocks, pool area is clean and welcoming, enough parking spots behind the hotel, all good. the good: -I arrived 3 hours before check-in time, quite tired and with a splitting headache. They were kind enough to speed up room cleaning. I waited in the beach lounge area for 45 minutes and the room was ready for me, this was fantastic! -rooms with great ocean view -good room ventilation (even though there is no AC) -perfect location for those sunset shots the bad: -could be a fluke but nothing I ordered from the menu was available, and their own website menu doesn't match the real menu. Nevertheless, the chef managed to make a nice and tasty seafood dish the ugly: -nothing, all good and very recommendable!
