Sheets and pillows were dirty then there was a bed bug under the second pillow. Was not refunded and was treated very rudely.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was quiet and comfortable

My stay was unfortunately impacted by several maintenance issues that should have been addressed beforehand. Both the toilet and sink faucet in my room were malfunctioning. The toilet struggled to flush properly, and the sink faucet was extremely difficult to turn on, which made getting ready a frustrating experience. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant foul odor in the room. Given the price of the room, I expected much better upkeep, and these basic amenities should definitely have been in working order. These issues significantly detracted from my stay and left me feeling disappointed overall

Very rude staff

It was a good stay for my budget. The rooms are soundproofed as in I can’t hear my neighbor in their room but you can hear everything going on outside of the door. The staff was barely there at times. My room had a weird layout. Overall pretty clean and a very safe stay.

Sandra was great and the room was clean and comfortable will stay again Rates are very reasonable ☆☆☆☆☆

Tv didn’t work. Bath didn’t drain so couldn’t shower
