Location

Check-in was not a pleasant experience. Staff was just short and direct the entire conversation. I felt like I was just to listen. She only explained how the door keyless works. I guess the hotel doesn't have anything else to offer. Our remote did not work. I had to ask for the clerk to assist me, and the internet kept disconnecting from the television. Take the coffee maker and phone out the room they both serve no purpose. And why can you leave a box of tissues in the room. Please get better towels they were horrible. And I'm not sure why you don't have an ice machine available for the customer. Been travel to AC for years, and this was by far my worst experience .
