The staff was friendly.

We booked through booking .com and the request I made for a ground level room was either not communicated or not followed by Hibiscus. I do not know which party made the error. When I arrived we were booked for a second floor room. Fortunately the staff person was able to change the room, necessary because my husband is blind and needed east access. She made the change gladly.

It is centrally located to AC. It is nice quiet and run very professionally. The suites are priced very reasonably. Itโ€™s a win win and the owner looks to take extra care of her guests !!!

I have stayed at the Hibiscus Inn four times in the past year. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the rates are reasonable and Sandra is always thorough, thoughtful and very accommodating of any requests. I will be staying again next month.
