1. Абсолютно не работающий Wi-Fi, но мы читали отзывы и были готовы к этому, но чтобы не грузились сообщения текстовые - это перебор. 2. Купили местные сим карты с интернетом и о сюрприз, мобильная сеть там тоже не ловит. В итоге, чтобы хоть как-то быть на связи, приходилось идти на ресепшен. 3. Состояние полотенец!!! Администрация, обратите на это внимание! Неприемлемо! Полотенца все старые и застиранные, из белого цвета превратившись в серый!

Staff nice and polite. Hot water slow and variable. Linen old. This hotel not as good as other Swiss Belinn in Makassar and Luwuk. Needs more upgrade to be at standard of other hotels in the chain.

Paid for a pool view. But all i had was a wall view. A straight wall ! No view at all.

Lying about the pool view during the reservation. I don’t care paying more for having something better. Just say that the room haven’t a pool view. That’s it.

Location is good every day room gets clean hotel staff is nice and friendly room service has to be improved and breakfast needs more variety most of the time same food

All good, value for money! The bed are comfy and clean, overall the room are on best condition but need to make sure the water heater and wifi to be fixed so it don't missing the point of being provided the heater and wifi. The staff are very good and friendly.

the room is clean and quite spacious... the service is very good and friendly... Kamarkoe the location is strategic, very close to the highway... which lead to Seminyak...Buffee food varies every day and is delicious...highly recommended to stay at this place....hopefully i can come here again another time....thank you Mr. Alit (HK team) who is friendly and kind....bay....

I stayed at Kamarkoe for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel’s location is also a big plus—it’s close to major attractions and public transport, making it convenient to explore the area. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t significantly impact my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Booked this property looking at the price Location wise is good , but it’s a bit at the back end of a street and bit quite and dark at night time Pictures seen looks like the room has much space but actually are very compact Staff is helpful One problem : Grab or Gojek isn’t allowed to pick up at this hotel so you need to walk for around 500 mtrs or else Tak the cab from people standing in front of the hotel ( Actually these cab drivers are no less than pimps offering all illegal things as well ) this was the only negative and worrying point for my stay
