"Overall was a great stay with good facilities and amazing receptionist like Galiehhh and Joe!"

Great location, only a short scooter ride away from most places. Staff were phenomenal and very pleasant. Super star standouts were Galiehh and Joe, for giving us a lot of good recommendations on places to visit and were very caring of us. These two boys deserve a big pay rise from management for their efforts! I will be visiting the hotel again in the future.

Occasionally, we would get a bad smell in our bathroom coming from the pipes. We then requested to move rooms and the staff were very comforting in doing so and assisting us to change rooms.

Pool looked out of service and dirty - we didn’t use Only 1 outdoor chair for our double room Hallway music strangely loud & had to be asked to turn down Not a pleasant walk into centre Seminyak - long way & busy streets with groups of males
