Red Roof Inn & Suites Tomah

I didn’t have great expectations in the first place as it’s a cheaper room, but the facility had mold in numerous areas that shouldn’t such as the shower tile, pool areas, and sink drain. All I could smell was mold and mildew after getting out of the pool and even after I washed my body and hair. Front desk man who checked me in was not courteous or helpful. Didn’t mention anything about WiFi, pool hours and if breakfast was an option or not on the weekends.

Stairs and hallway needed vacuumed. No a/c in lobby or halls. No washcloths in room. No coffee cups in room. Empty conditioner bottle in shower. Landscaping makes place look deserted. Located next door to truck stop. Beds not comfortable. Room was very clean. Employees not empowered to resolve issues. They need to do better. Breakfast was not pleasing.

Free breakfast should not be advertised. Minimal food and was just unclean in dining area. Dirty hallways. Room had bizarre odor. Otherwise room seemed fairly clean

There was no breakfast??

My room had a strange deodorizer smell. They were masking something. The lobby stairs don't look like they've been vacuumed in a year. It says continental breakfast, but it was quite bare. Families around me were commenting on it as well. Seemed OK for the price but not in line with typical hotels at the same caliber

They did not have an appropriate room - mold in vents- AC did not work - understaffed at front counter- no elevator for my Mom to use. We did not stay, they refused to change the room to ann acceptable one for my sons ansthma and did not refund my money. I lost my money on the reservation.

Beds were very comfortable.

This place was extremely dirty. Mold in the mini fridge, used floss in the shower. Pillows were YELLOW! hallway was littered with trash, hot tub was not able to be used and the pool was flooded extremely cold. No towels after using the pool. In the evening our entire wing of the hotel smelled like weed. We will not be back.

The price was good.

It was not clean and rooms were not fully stocked with supplies. It took several requests to get these needs fixed. The breakfast area was messy and had sparse options. There were spaces for items but they were either out or did not look clean. One room had a broken deadbolt on the door. Also did not feel safe in the location with my family.
