Stonewood Inn & Suites of Carrollton - Smithfield

It was meh… I got the room especially because it had a hot tub. Of course it didn’t work. For the location, I thought better of the area! I won’t return. Save your money!

They lied on the ad its econo lodge your reserving for. The rooms have roaches check you drawers i promise you'll find them and they're baby eggs. The doors that secure the hallway are broken anyone can access them. As soon as you walk into the room you smell a hot musty smell. The front end workers and his coworker promised i would get a refund but that I will have to go thru expedia. When I called 2 days later expedia told me the manager denied my refund. They are a bunch of scammers.

Floor were nasty Toilet and sink clogged Furniture falling apart Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly

Great location, renovations looked good some still in process. A couple of the towels looked stained but it was just me there so the other towels were plenty.

We where tried to be charge a different amount. Then they want a $100 deposit. And there were not enough lines. And when we needed them we had to go to the desk.
