The staff member who checked us in was amazing and certainly understands customer service. Thank you for the warm welcome to the hotel.

The hotel is far below par ~ hallway smells of cigarette smoke being covered up with air freshener, window frame is covered in mold, half used toiletries in the washroom, continental breakfast was toast, cereal or bagels, no yoghurt or fruit or juice. Location is convenient from the highway.

THE ROOM THEY SAY NO SMOKING BUT THATS ALL YOU SMELL IN THE HALLWAY THEY DON'T ENFORCE IT BAD BAD SMELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super nice staff.... clean room

Breakfast was old coffee, orange juice, cereal and bagels (cream cheese, butter, jelly). Breakfast hours were 6am to 8am (or 9am). I was grabbing breakfast at 7am.

I was NOT expecting a hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, bacon) by any means. A muffin or apple or banana or small donuts would have been greatly appreciated.

A limpeza era Pessima, Edredon sujos e com muitas manchas de sapato, lençóis sujos e com cabelo, toalhas manchadas e com mau cheiro, nitidamente a roupa de cama não era limpa. Pessimo! O banheiro e pia entupido, acústico pessimo, pelo preço melhor ficar em outros hotéis bons na região. Esse eu não indico nem pra quem precisa dormir por alguns horas, muita bagunça e barulho e atendimento básico de Indiano.
