the floors were not carpet, my senior dog was slipping and falling everywhere. There were people walking up and down the halls at all hours of the night.

"Terrible Odor & Customer Service"

The woman at the front desk offered zero customer service or apologies for the two rooms I booked and paid for that were "non-smoking", yet reeked of cigarette smoke and dog urine so strong that our friends chose to drive four more hours rather than stay in the disgusting room #119. Choose somewhere else!
