Y'all had a lot of breakfast food not used to that

Does jacuzzi look like diarrhea and the smell bad

Property was nice from the outside but the pools and hot tub were dirty. Didn’t want to swim or relax in them.

Didn't like anything, the hotel was lacking in every area. The one reason I chose here was for the breakfast and that was below par. The room was not cleaned well, the bathroom was old, the AC vent was covered in dust, the TV was from 2006. This place needs to be severely renovated.

The hot tub water was brown. Limited breakfast options. Our key reader for the room door barely worked. Staff was not very professional or friendly. Half of the tv screen had a distorted image. However its location was convenient to everywhere we needed to go and the beds were comfortable. The hotel has potential to be very nice if they just took the time to maintain the building and do some cleaning

Staff are rude. On their phones and no greeting you. Felt as though it wasn’t welcoming.

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! DIRTY, DIRTY BEDS, SHOWER DOSENT WORK, PEOPLE YELLING & SCREAMING IN HALLWAYS. MOVED TO MULTIPLE ROOMS ALL THE SAME OR WORSE, DOOR LOCKS BROKEN COULD NOT LOCK THE DOOR, FILTHY, TERRIBLE SERVICE ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL AT ALL, JUST TERRIBLE OVERALL, NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR THE STRESS!!!!!

I've had to stay at this hotel a few times over the years and it seems like it was a nice building but now currently isn't properly maintained. There's a lot of spots that need to be repainted, you can see where decorations were removed from walls because the holes and wear marks are still there. Coming up to the building the windows are missing shutters or they're broken or faded. In the room I had this time (and other times as well) the door seal was broken so you can hear everything from outside and it's easy for bugs to get in. There was dirt and food crumbs on the carpet when I got in the room with a lot of build up along the walls and in corners This is also the second time I got a room that didn't have a desk chair. If you're not overly picky with cleanliness it's a hotel that'll do in a pinch. Its a shame because they have both an outdoor pool and a gorgeous indoor pool room and everything photographs very nice but seeing it in person it just looks sad.
