Days Inn by Wyndham Williamsburg Historic Area

Hotel is run down and just NOT clean. I will never stay again. Looked nothing like the pictures. Had to change rooms because of it being dirty and reeked of mold. It was sticky and humid in first room. Hot tub looked filthy. Free breakfast was definitely worth the free part because all it was was boiled eggs, toast, & cereal.

Granddaughter and I both woke up with a terrible rash on our face and neck. Mo towel bar in bathroom leaving missing tile. Housekeeping was only if request prior to day 4. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, toast and oatmeal.

Outdoor pool needed complete refinishing.

This was one of the worst stays that I have ever had at a Days Inn. The smell was horrible. There were big stains all over the mattresses. The corporate was stained and multiple areas. The toilet had a black ring in it where you can tell things were just not cleaned well the tissue holder in the bathroom had a layer of dust on it. There was no refrigerator or microwave in this room and I was not told that until after I paid and reserved the columns in the front of the building, holding up, the second floor were cracked and multiple places, very unsafe and the water in the pools both inside and out had a smell, and the water was very cloudy I am very unhappy about this stay and we’ll never stay at this hotel again If need be, I have pictures documenting everything that I’ve just told you and would be willing to share them with you

It was convenient location

The room had no microwave or fridge. The breakfast was disappointing so we went next door to the Hampton Inn and there breakfast was amazing.
