Nothing at all

The bed was dirty. The sheaths was dirty. The pillowcase was dirty. The shower was broken. The couch was dirty and old TV did not work properly. The internet did not work.

My room was dirty and smelled like weed and cigarettes itbwas disgusting

Location. No towels or wash cloths in the room.

I have never left a review of a hotel property, mostly because I find them to be riddled with the same kind of reviews involving bugs or bad service, but I had to leave this review in the hopes that no one makes the same mistake I did. This property is disgusting. Do I think it's disgusting on purpose? No. But regardless, my stay here was the first time I have ever had to leave a hotel because of how dirty it is. The front desk staff was cordial about everything, but I ended up having to call Expedia and have them get a refund back, get my stuff back to my car and then go on the hunt for a new hotel because of the lack of cleanliness. Lack of cleanliness includes previous guests' hair all over the bathroom, a corona bottle cap and bread tie still on the floor and an old insense burned into the AC unit. After requesting another room, the second room I was given had bugs crawling across the bathroom when I turns the light on. Overall, I got the sense that the property as a while needs a lot of help. In the meantime, I do not reccomend you stay here.

Location- They need to replace carpets but the everything else waa ok . Need a fridge in rooms . They used to jabe hot bfast and fridge

It was an okay stay , but the room was still kinda dirty , all the towels and sheets had some sort of stains , and the ceiling in the bathroom looked as if it were going to fall in .

Breakfast was horrible tables were dirty overly crowded with employees talking and joking instead of helping visitors ,

Employees could’ve been more helpful front desk clerks were rude , swimming pool/s were dirty as if the cleaning was not being properly cleaned it was an overall horrible experience for me and my family we booked two separate rooms and both rooms were horrible

the management is understanding
