Days Inn by Wyndham Williamsburg Historic Area

The hotel was clean and staff were nice.

The property location was perfect, the price was affordable and the staff were very friendly

The beds only had sheets on them no blankets (a flat sheet covered by a ribbed sheet), the room smelled of smoke due to people smoking right outside and it coming through the AC, about half of the lightbulbs were burnt out in the room, and it needed a good vacuum. The pool facilities were also very dirty. The water in the jacuzzi was brown with toys and clothes floating in it and the indoor pool was cloudy. I was also double charged by both booking.com and the property itself. I’ve been promised a refund by the property but haven’t seen it yet.

Beds were comfortable

Staff was rude. Room was dirty. Had to evacuate and no empathy or direction was given by staff.

Close to Busch Gardens, but property is outdated, poorly maintained and dirty. Chair in the room smells musty, rust everywhere in the bathroom, and clogged sink. Nobody was in the front desk when I checked in.and had to wait. Breakfast was very basic.

Stayed 3 nights. I used the hair dryer and it civer to the fan was missing and I didn’t know this until when I went to turn off the dryer my finger hit the fan and it cut and bruised my finger. I notified the front desk and the ladies at the desk just acted like they didn’t care, just said sorry.

Terrible breakfast.

Rooms are very worn, not the cleanest, and staff was not friendly.

The staff was reallly nice other then the one lady who checked us in that previous day but then I put a dnd sign on and she comes banging on my door at 9am to ask my name, long story short late that nite we noticed the shower wasn’t cutting on so we tell the front desk and she helped us and got us a room with a shower but due to how late it was also the fact my kids had decorated the room for her bday and moving rooms that late would be way to much to do so she said we can use it for the shower so that’s what we did and it was very helpful until the last the next morning bangs on my door saying how I can’t do that n take up all the rooms she was rude and it made me have to wake up at 9am to her mad banging on my door. It also was very dirty the blankets the bathrooms.then the breakfast was boiled eggs and muffins not really like a hot breakfast but the staff that did that was just rude the whole time from check in to check out.i also tried to even clean allll the trash I got a huge bag from housekeeping and cleaned allll trash and stripped the nasty beds down. We had confetti on the floor and all.

The cleanness of the hotel and the afternoon staff was very rude.
